I started working as a Loan Officer in 2003 and lived through the collapse of the Mortgage industry which required me to provide out of the box solutions for clients. I provided reduced payoffs for clients to refinance their homes beginning in 2004, (known as a Short-Refi), and this enabled me to gain a working knowledge of Short Sale procedures and later Mortgage Modifications. I have in-depth knowledge on Mortgage & Tax Foreclosure laws and procedures, including the County paperwork process and Court proceedings.

I am also a licensed Realtor®, and I provide Banks with a value estimate of a property, also known as a BPO (Broker Price Opinion). This further qualifies me as a value expert in the current housing market. My expertise has helped clients get cash out of their home fast through a variety of programs including Home Equity Loans, Cash-Out Refinance and Reverse Mortgages. I am also a Delray Beach Police Dept. Volunteer and a member of Journey Church Volunteer team that serves the Palm Beach County community helping Seniors, Veterans, Quantum House Children’s Hospital and the Homeless population.
