Sitting at a desk all day can put a damper on your health. If you work in an office, try these tips to stay healthy and keep your mind sharp.

 

  1.  Break up your work into 25 minute segments, with 5 minute breaks in between (Pomodoro method)

  2. Pack healthy lunches and snacksGet a standing desk

  3. Get up at least every hour (refill your water, stretch your legs, and give your eyes a break)

  4. Go outside and walk on your lunch break
